We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, React and AWS to join our telecom client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of complex software solutions using Spring Boot, Java, Node.js, React, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices for AWS development and deployment.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies leveraging AWS services.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and AWS best practices.
• Stay updated on AWS cloud services, tools, and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Required technical skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
• Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS cloud services (NodeJS is nice to have as well).
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
