Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the frontend development team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when appropriate.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading frontend projects end-to-end.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SCSS and TypeScript.
• Experience with Muban.js.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
