CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the frontend architecture and development using React.js.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust web applications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Optimize build processes using Webpack and improve frontend tooling.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
• Own end-to-end delivery and post-release support.
• Has worked with product-based companies and understands product lifecycle management.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, including Hooks, Context, Redux, etc.
• 2+ years of working experience with Node.js in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Webpack and frontend build pipelines.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in building scalable frontend architecture for high-traffic web apps.
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and working in microservices-based environments.
