Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer with a strong background in building scalable and efficient SaaS software systems to join our highly skilled engineering team. This role is essential for driving the development of our frontend infrastructure, critical for supporting our innovative AI-driven healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• You will own the front-end development for one or more of our products and collaborate with visual/interaction designers, product managers to launch new products, iterate on existing features and build a world-class user experience.
• System Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex frontend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.
• Technical Leadership: Hire and mentor junior developers, lead frontend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve frontend systems and practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proven track record in building a team to develop frontend SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering high-availability frontend SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of system design principles.
• Have worked within the HealthCare arena.
• Experience with Azure tech stack and APM services.
• Exposure with AI/ML.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with open web technologies (HTL5/CSS/JS) to build pixel perfect high performant user interfaces.
• Team leading experience.
• Agile development methodology. DevOps process.
• Strong experience with Angular or React (preferably both), PrimeNG and RESTful API’s.
• Demonstrated ability to design front-end systems and lead a team of developers.
• Desirable to have experience with Python, MongoDB and Kafka.
