What is the job?

In this role, you'll take ownership of crafting and developing intuitive UI/UX experiences, ensuring that every decision is informed by the needs of the end user. Acting as the bridge between design, product, and engineering, you'll move swiftly to translate concepts into polished, seamless interactions.

Beyond feature development, you'll design scalable frontend architectures and reusable libraries that enhance performance and sustainability. You'll lead projects ranging from major feature overhauls to crucial optimizations, each playing a key role in delivering best-in-class experiences.

What background are we looking for?

• Experience: 5-15 years as a Senior Front-End Engineer or Technical Lead. Alternatively, strong startup experience in similar roles.
• Strong Front-End engineering experience, with a focus on production-grade applications
• Expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Redux, Next.js, or similar
• Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and core web technologies
• Experience designing scalable, responsive, and maintainable frontend architectures
• Familiarity with test-first development using tools like Storybook, Playwright, or Cypress
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying state-of-the-art techniques for AI-driven applications
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments, taking projects from concept to deployment with autonomy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a growing team
• A positive and fun attitude that enhances workplace culture
