Position: Team Lead - Front End Designer Experience Required: 5-10 Years We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead - Front End Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience in front-end design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing exceptional websites for our clients while ensuring alignment with their branding and vision. You will also lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with our web development team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding design solutions. Design Implementation: Develop new user-facing features while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Quality Assurance: Ensure all user input is validated before submission to the back end, maintaining high standards of usability and functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including developers and project managers, to deliver cohesive projects. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and design trends to keep our projects innovative and effective. Required Skill Set: Experience: 5-10 years in HTML development with a strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Wordpress, React JS, Shopify and responsive design techniques. Visual Design: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Design Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Figma and Photoshop. Web Technologies: Proficient in front-end development languages, including Bootstrap, Shopify, WordPress, and either Vue.js or React.js. CMS Knowledge: Strong understanding of various content management systems and their applications. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Proficient understanding of cross-device and cross-browser compatibility issues. Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile/scrum development process with a solid understanding of HTML5 and related web technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client handling.
