Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on New Product Initiatives
- Optical product design and review
- New product introduction
- Develop manufacture and test tools
- Conduct product evaluation for manufacturing
- Sustaining/Operations Support
- Work with quality team for product quality assurance
- Training manufacture teams
- RMA investigations and implementation of corrective actions
- Team Build and Others
- Contribute to improve work efficiency
- Innovation. Actively take part in developing new technology and new platform
Qualification & Requirements
- B.S degree or above in electronics engineering, telecommunication, or Optics relevant
- 5+ years optical component, or subcomponent product experience in telecom or datacom industry
- 5+ years and knowledge on the Operations environment and new product introduction
- Proficient in communication optical design.
- Deep understanding on optical component, micro-optics, fiber optics design, test and manufacture
- Familiar with optical communication knowledge is preferred
