Duties & Responsibilities

• Work on New Product Initiatives
• Optical product design and review
• New product introduction
• Develop manufacture and test tools
• Conduct product evaluation for manufacturing
• Sustaining/Operations Support
• Work with quality team for product quality assurance
• Training manufacture teams
• RMA investigations and implementation of corrective actions
• Team Build and Others
• Contribute to improve work efficiency
• Innovation. Actively take part in developing new technology and new platform
  
  

Qualification & Requirements

• B.S degree or above in electronics engineering, telecommunication, or Optics relevant
• 5+ years optical component, or subcomponent product experience in telecom or datacom industry
• 5+ years and knowledge on the Operations environment and new product introduction
• Proficient in communication optical design.
• Deep understanding on optical component, micro-optics, fiber optics design, test and manufacture
• Familiar with optical communication knowledge is preferred
