The team elevates consumer engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MCP, and Service Cloud, enabling targeted campaigns and loyalty initiatives.

Looking for an administrator who can manage the Marketing clod and CDP orgs.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing roles and permissions. Manage and create users/accesses.
  • Create and manage FTP users and directories, Handle SFTP key management.
  • Setup “Sender Authentication Package (SAP)”, Manage “send classifications”.
  • Manage Audit trail, Manage data import, and export in SFMC.
  • Create reports and send analytics. Create and monitor file drop and schedule automation.
  • Track latest release impacts, install packages, and Set up New SFMC Bus.
  • Document CRs, Basic SQL hands-on
  • Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies 
  • Identify data points required to enable use cases
  • Analyze data for usability in CDP
  • Identify data cleansing requirements
  • Map data sources to CDP data objects (which requires detailed knowledge of the CDP data model)
  • Map data fields to CDP data fields
  • Identify the need to custom CDP objects
  • Determine the relationship between CDP data objects
  • Identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object
  • Determine the specific unification algorithms required for the data of a given client
  • Design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms
  • Execute complex system tests

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Data Cloud (CDP) space.
  • 3 year of experience in administrator role in other Salesforce cloud.
  • Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms  
  • Minimum 1-year hands on SQL experience 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
  • Experience on Lightning web components.
  • 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure.  
  • Attitude for taking on technical challenges.
  • Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, related certifications is a plus (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator,
  • Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.
