Mode: In Hybrid WFO

Location: Mumbai Goregaon

Job Description

• Collaborate and understand the business needs and objectives regarding Dynamics 365.
• Design, implement, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or other modules as needed.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in business processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, training materials, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
