We are looking for a
Lead DevOps Engineer/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of cloud infrastructure automation and enable scalable, secure deployments across our organization.
This role will focus on architecting, developing, and optimizing infrastructure-as-code solutions, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish a unified AWS CDK-based IaC framework to replace legacy configurations with secure, scalable solutions
- Design automated drift detection and IaC testing mechanisms for non-production environments
- Provide operational documentation for managing IaC at scale
Requirements
- Proficiency with the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) using TypeScript for developing scalable, reusable IaC components
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Advanced scripting skills with Python for automation tasks
- Knowledge of testing frameworks for IaC validation and drift detection
Nice to have
- Exposure to hybrid IaC migration efforts involving both Terraform and CDK solutions

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $185,000.
