Overview

The purpose of this position is to provide Technical leadership to the EDI Team. Provide thorough subject matter expertise within the EDI and Azure Platform and make recommendations to senior management that contribute to IT strategy. This position is responsible for the technical execution of design, development, testing, and deployment of EDI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure open communication with other developers and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, procedures and policy under senior management direction
• Collaborate with External Customers and chair meetings when needed
• Work closely and provide support to internal business groups on incident resolution, troubleshooting and analysis
• Work closely and provide support to Business Analyst when reviewing requirements
• Review Map Requirement Document (MRD) and design EDI objects according to the requirement
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests which include unit testing maps, regression Testing when common objects are changed.
• Create, Unit Test and verify end-to-end process flow (receipt to delivery) using Logic App
• Verify results on EDI Monitor Tool (BAM), including search criteria.
• Configure and Verify connectivity with partner
• Peer review objects (map, schema, stored procedure etc.) prior to implementation
• Responsible for the deployment and verification of objects to production and documenting set­ups.
• Provide production support when needed.
• Follow all documentation standards and procedures.
• Mentor and train new developers: create training agenda, continued training
• Deployment and post verification of objects to production
  
  

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant EDI Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree / or Equivalent
• Proficient in communication protocols.. SFTP, FTPS, AS2, https (web service and API)
• Proficient using Biztalk map development.
• Proficient using MS Visual Studio
• Excellent understanding of the following formats:
• EDI ANSI XI2 I EDI EDIFACT / XML / JSON / Flat File
  
  

Proficient creating/updating and using XML/XSLT

Proficient using Microsoft Azure ASE

• LogicApp development
• Understand framework and RIPEDA architecture
• Integration Accounts and deploying objects to production
• Azure Blob Storage
• Assemblies, Agreements, Partner setup, Certificates
• Key Vault
• Application Gateway for AS2 and WebService
• Event Grid
• DevOps Repository
• ASE, CPU and Database Monitoring
• Troubleshooting Map, Schema, Logic App, DB, Profile and Connectivity issues.
• Create tickets with MS and follow up
• Proficient with SQL, C#, Java and writing Stored Procedures
• Good DataBase skills . Understand how different components in a database are related. Optimize queries.
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills
• Good communication Skills both verbal and written
