Job Title: Lead Desktop Technician

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Pay Rate: $25-$30

Must Haves:

5+ years of Experience in a Technical Support Role

Senior Technician or “Lead” experience highly preferred

Experience doing large scale hardware deployment projects

Prior experience supporting Windows Migrations

Healthcare & EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

Day to Day:

Insight Global’s Healthcare client is prepared for the acquisition of a large hospital, and is assembling a Team of Technicians to support this initiative with the appropriate hardware & software deployments required. The client has over 3,000 devices that will need to be reimaged, as well as a large number of new new computers & peripherals that will need to be deployed in preparation for their 2026 Epic Go-Live.

The resource must be comfortable training in either Morristown or Summit, and will be primarily working in New Brunswick during the project.
