Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review primary engineering designs for HV substations
• Prepare substation layout drawings, equipment arrangements, and section details
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with civil, secondary, protection, and project teams
• Participate in technical discussions with clients and vendors
• Supervise the preparation of bill of quantities and technical specifications

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• 8–10 years of experience in substation design, particularly in primary engineering
• Strong technical knowledge in high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) systems
• Proficient in Revit and other electrical design tools
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC/IEEE)
• Proven ability to lead design activities and mentor junior engineers
