Job Duties & Responsibilities –

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist / Lead Data Scientist with expertise in AI services to join our team in Pune, India. This role will report to the Manager, Artificial Intelligence and based out of Pune office. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in a similar domain, a proven track record of leading technical teams out of India, and the ability to work closely with global teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, maintenance, and improvement of AI models and products that drive business outcomes for our clients.

Design, develop, and maintain AI models and products that meet client requirements and deliver business value. Lead junior data scientists on execution of projects and guide them on the processes. Support the execution, maintenance, and upkeep of AI models and products. Collaborate closely with other global teams to ensure that AI models and products are meeting the needs of our clients. Work closely with the Manager, AI Services in ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and products. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
