A global leader in premium hardwood flooring is hiring a Lead Data Analyst and Customer Support Associate to support its growing U.S. operations. This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dual-capacity position—part data analyst, part customer service representative. The primary focus will be tracking and analyzing incoming sales leads across multiple platforms to help the company measure ROI on marketing and lead generation efforts. Secondary responsibilities include assisting the customer service team with order processing and support. They are looking for an Excel-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys both behind-the-scenes analysis and customer-facing service—someone eager to contribute to a small, collaborative team in a stable, family-like environment.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 / year DOE

Lead Data Analyst And Customer Support Associate Responsibilities

• Track, organize, and analyze sales leads from four primary platforms
• Build and maintain Excel reports and visualizations
• Evaluate lead lifecycle metrics: source, time-to-close, conversion rate, and drop-off points
• Develop processes and systems for lead tracking and reporting
• Present findings to leadership and provide actionable insights
• Assist with customer service tasks, including processing orders and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with the President and Customer Service Manager on projects and day-to-day operations
  
  

Lead Data Analyst And Customer Support Associate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, data analysis, or similar roles
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a small team
• Experience in architecture, design, sports, or marketing-related industries is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and develop systems with minimal oversight
