As a Lead Data and AI Consultant, you will join our team and work on exciting AI projects for the Insurance and Banking sectors. You will collaborate with leading Swiss and international clients, delivering high-quality AI solutions from prototype to operation. You will also consult them on their AI transformation and strategy. • Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
• Deep expertise in leading technical, operational, and strategic client projects in the areas of Data, AI, and Cloud.
• Have a charismatic and convincing character, capable of building, sustaining, and expanding business relationships with clients
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize business challenges, and provide innovative and relevant solutions, whether during an ongoing client project or in business development activities.
• Familiar with the Swiss business landscape and have an existing network of decision-makers, preferrably in the sectors of Insurance and Banking,.
• Willing to travel, both within Switzerland and internationally, to meet clients or collaborate with our centers of excellence in Paris and in Skopje
• Proficiency in Python programming and software development
• Strong background in software design and solution architecture
• Experience with innovative problem-solving and implementing cutting-edge technologies
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
• Work with the clients to understand, decompose and help solve their problems using data engineering.
• Serve as the technical solution owner throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the project team and the client.
• Provide expert guidance and share knowledge in software development and architecture.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Foster strong collaboration with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to ensure successful project delivery.
