Role: Lead Cybersecurity

Duration: 6 months to hire- $66 TO $68/HR

Compensation: $130 to 140k

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

Lead the security program to ensure secure access to applications and data for patients, clinicians, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience with MDR solution platforms (highly preferred).
• Experience with Meraki systems (a plus).
• Demonstrated expertise in securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with cloud-native security tools and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS, with proven experience in compliance audits and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection tools.

Required Skills:

Translate security concepts for business and technical leaders. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Project management and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.

Education:

Four-year degree in business/technical area preferred.
