Educational Background – Any Graduate.

Experience- 8+ years.

Location-Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad.

Ob Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • SAP S/4 HANA Experience:
  • Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience.
  • Very good SAP FI-CO process and functional experience with multiple implementations.
  • At least 1 or 2 S/4 HANA implementation experiences covering the whole FI area (GL, AP, AR), including Bank Reconciliation.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting:
  • Configuration and troubleshooting in RTR, AR, AP, Banking (MBC), Product Costing, VIM, Credit Management.
  • Cost Centre accounting
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in SAP FI – RTR, AR, AP, Banking (MBC), VIM, Credit Management.
  • Minimum of 2 End-to-End implementation experiences in SAP S4, including hands-on design and configuration.
  • S4 project implementation experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, execute testing (UT, SIT), support testing (UAT), review test results, and support defect resolution.
  • Understand the technology landscape and its impact on clients’ business areas.
  • Work with onsite lead in troubleshooting and acquiring Kubota business process knowledge.
  • Develop functional specs and work with development to implement changes and reporting.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and interact with multiple teams.
  • Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular and accurate status updates and documentation to management.

Good To Have Skills

  • Industry Knowledge:
  • At least 1 or 2 S/4 HANA implementation experiences covering CCA, CO-PA), Product Costing.
  • Understanding of how the technology landscape affects the clients’ business area, trends, functional areas, and industries.
  • Knowledge of value propositions for clients to adopt new technologies.
  • Data Governance:
  • Drive SAP MDG solution design activities (Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor).
  • Collaboration with operational teams, data owners, and partners to ensure understanding and alignment of E2E data governance processes.
  • Drive the implementation of process improvements through appropriate measures.
  • Actively work with cross-divisional teams to reduce master data defects and develop processes that reduce non-value-added work.
  • Develop data governance metrics and data accuracy metrics.
  • Leadership and Guidance:
  • Lead discussions with business teams and guide the development team in customizations.
  • Develop functional specs and collaborate with development teams for changes and reporting.
