Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Consultant to lead Business Systems activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, dynamic and fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead, Own and Deliver strategic implementations across Business Systems
- Improve Operational Efficiency
- Data Analysis
- Provide Focus to improve and maintain strong business operations
- Work as SPOC and liaison between IT and Business Teams.
- Ensure best in class Business processes are followed across Business Systems
- Participate in every phase of complex initiatives
- Provide change management and project management support
- Drive QA and UAT activities and production deployments
- Provide Support to the requests raised by biz teams
- Train Biz Users to leverage System Capabilities
- Create and maintain documentation of system implementations and existing biz processes
- Systems Administration
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ARIBA Administrator
- 3+ SAP ARIBA implementations Upstream and/or Downstream
- Support SAP Ariba day-to-day operational activities
- Knowledge and experience in SAP ARIBA majorly in SLP, B&I, CIG and Business Network, business process configurations, testing, project implementation and post implementation support. CIG would be a plus
- Experience in writing documents like Functional specifications, Solution documents and test scripts in SAP ARIBA projects.
- Demonstrated proactive, self-motivated, quality focus, customer-centric mindset
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical team
- Problem-solving capacity in a high growth environment
- Hands on experience on defect tracking tools such as Jira
- Ability to build saved searches, financial reports, dashboards, workflows, Customizations etc
- Additional SAP or Ariba certifications are a plus
- Prior exposure to SOX Compliance processes & SOD rules
- Thrives in a Dynamic, Fast Paced, high growth environment
- High emotional intelligence, ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within and across organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, tailors’ communication to the audience
- Master’s degree in computer engineering or accounting or finance is plus
- Comfortable working across time zones and attending late evening / early morning conference calls with the global teams
