Minimum of 4 years of phone and computer repair experience. Ability to use a multimeter. Experience in repairing backlight on iPhones and IC chip replacement (iPhone touch IC). Key Responsibilities: Perform micro-soldering on phones, tablets, and computers. Diagnose, assess, and repair microelectronics, demonstrating proficiency in interpreting schematics. Utilize soldering and rework station tools for various repairs. Address logic board failures and execute a range of repairs, including LCD replacement, back glass replacement, battery change, etc., for phones, tablets, computers, laptops, PCs, and Macs. Provide excellent customer service with outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Flexibility to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays when required. Conduct all-level repairs, such as LCD replacement, back glass replacement, battery change, for phones, tablets, computers, laptops, PCs, and Macs. Use a multimeter for diagnostics and ensure accurate troubleshooting. Repair backlight on iPhones and perform IC chip replacement (iPhone touch IC). Apply reballing techniques for effective repairs.
