We have a great opportunity for a leader who has a proven track record of balancing on-site leadership and hands-on project work. We are looking for an experienced “bags-on” construction leader who brings the ability and energy to manage our job sites and various trades people. This adaptable, personable, and proactive team leader will own the project from coordination through execution, including budgetary and scheduling responsibilities. A strong finish carpenter background is a plus. Responsibilities Partner with the design/sales/field teams for project planning & scheduling Work closely with the team to identify and creatively solve problems. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on the job site. Manage day-to-day trade contractor scheduling and field oversight. Maintain a safe working environment for all workers and for the homeowners. Ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. Create an atmosphere of excellence, support, and integrity while working with homeowners. Qualifications (What you bring to the team) Previous experience (will train the right person) as a Project Lead / Lead Carpenter to include experience installing cabinets, demo, flooring, framing, and finish carpentry. Proven Project Management skills on active residential construction sites.
