Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, trim, and finish work.
• Complete remodeling and repair projects in residential and commercial settings.
• Install cabinetry, fixtures, and wood structures with precision.
• Restore existing structures with a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Collaborate effectively with electricians, masons, and other tradespeople.
• Lead smaller project scopes and ensure work aligns with design specs and timelines.
• Mentor junior tradespersons and uphold safety and craftsmanship standards.
• Maintain an organized and safety-conscious job site at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Solid carpentry experience with a proven record of high-quality craftsmanship.
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and general carpentry equipment.
• Ability to lead tasks independently and efficiently within a team setting.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials as needed.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings is a plus.
• Knowledge of masonry or other trades is advantageous.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a welcome bonus.
