Project Description:

We are seeking a talented Lead Engineer to join our team, spearheading crucial projects and contributing to our technological advancements. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust skill set in C++ and Python, capable of driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. While not mandatory, experience in image processing would be advantageous for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee technical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

- Utilize expertise in C++ and Python to develop efficient and scalable solutions, addressing complex engineering challenges

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement software systems that meet business objectives

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages, with a strong track record of successful project delivery

- Experience in image processing techniques

- Proven ability to lead and manage technical projects, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

This role will need to attend the office/Factory, about 3 days a week at least.
