We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce to join our driven team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage complex business requirements across diverse departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Approach gathering requirements from stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations with a structured and inclusive methodology
Manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution
Utilize proactive communication, prioritization skills, and collaborative tools to align stakeholders and finalize requirements
Ensure proposed technical solutions align with business goals and are feasible within the current architecture
Demonstrate experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms like Billing and Marketing platforms
Understand technical constraints and align solutions with business needs
Work closely with architects and technical teams to document requirements through solutions, ensuring effective collaboration
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Use visual aids, analogies, and feedback sessions to simplify technical jargon
Handle situations where projects do not go as planned, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
Prioritize tasks effectively when faced with multiple competing deadlines in conjunction with Product Managers and Delivery Leads
Analyze and approach tasks such as automating the lead-to-cash processes in Salesforce from requirements gathering to implementation
Propose viable solutions and understand the technical implementation process
Requirements
10-16 years of experience in Business Analysis
Proven experience in managing complex Salesforce projects
Technical knowledge of Salesforce and experience with integrations (e.g., Zuora, Eloqua)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ADO, Lucid) and Scrum methodologies
Outstanding analytical thinking abilities
Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly define and communicate roles and contributions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
