Our project communication app is used daily by thousands of professionals in the construction industry. We help them collaborate more efficiently, structured, and without hassle.

What will you do?
As a Lead (Back-End) Engineer, you will be at the helm of our tech. Together with your team, you will take our apps, infrastructure, and development processes to a level ready for international expansion. We are scaling rapidly – and that requires robust architecture, smart solutions, and a team that works together like a well-oiled machine. Your mission? Ensure that Woub can handle millions of users per day without a hitch, in multiple languages, time zones, and markets.
- 🔧 Leadership: You will lead our development team (DevOps, Back-End, Front-End, React Native, and QA) and ensure structure, synergy, and continuity.
- 🚀 Building & Scaling: You are co-responsible for the performance and stability of our entire tech stack: web app, mobile app, APIs, and infrastructure.
- 💡 Innovating: You will design smart APIs, explore new technologies, and integrate AI solutions (OpenAI/Gemini) where it adds value.
- ✅ Code Quality & DevOps: You will do code reviews, help optimize CI/CD pipelines, and work on test automation. You will safeguard the technical foundation.
- 🤝 Sparring Partner: You are the technical point of contact for our Product Owner and business stakeholders. You translate technology into understandable choices for every audience.
