Summary

Key Responsibilities -

Analytics Capability Development

  • Be able to train people on AI / analytics/ Data management/ cloud-based tools and capabilities.
  • Be familiar with statistical methods and modeling capabilities
  • Be able to train people on how to conduct data extraction, cleansing, modeling and insight generation to drive business results
  • Own needs assessment, design and development, deployment and measurement of learning and technical talent programs for digital capabilities
  • Plan and deploy digital / analytics capability development curriculum, certifications and calendar, develop new learning materials with digital capability as an outcome
  • Can train on Visualization tools and provides input to the development of key metrics for a dashboard
  • Provides guidance, training and problem-solving assistance to learners
  • Works on multiple tasks/projects as team member
  • Demonstrates Critical thinking and agility for Analytics / Digital capability development priorities.
  • Works on multiple tasks/projects as a team member
  • Ability to manage stakeholder interactions, handle emails, coordinate meetings, and effectively communicate project updates and outcomes.
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively with multiple teams, including cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, to drive project success and achieve shared business goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Typically requires 4 - 12 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML with Python, SAS or R
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or relevant certifications
  • Expertise to train in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of one or more business functional areas. Prior experience in the Insurance, Banking or Financial domain is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing analytics solutions.
  • Ability to train others in managing the complete analytics project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and modeling, with the ability to provide training in these areas.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content creation, management, and delivery.
  • Capable of designing and developing training modules, tracking learner progress, and ensuring effective learning experiences.
  • Proficient in integrating various learning tools and technologies to enhance training outcomes and support continuous learning initiatives.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with data collation and management using Advanced Excel (including Visual Basic/Power Query).
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server, or MS Access.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView (any one or more)
  • Familiarity with AI, ML, and / or technologies.
  • Expertise in at least one analytics programming language (Python, SAS, or R).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
