Job Title: Lead Android Developer

• Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience
• Must have expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Framework, Android Architecture & Design, and Android.
• Lead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Oversee the implementation of Android Framework and Architecture to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
