Role: - Lead Analyst - Knowledge Service (Project Manager)

Location: - Sydney

Status – 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for Project Management
• Responsible for coordination and collaboration to meet expected level of deliverables in respective spaces as assigned and directed by client Managers
• Interact with Tech Leads to understand technology direction/changes, standards and best practices
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
• Participate in code reviews and testing
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Identifying web-based user interactions
• Responsible for providing status and management reports.
• Responsible to provide information for and to (when required) attend the various ceremonies e.g. Defect Triage, Stand Ups, Retrospectives etc.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Work Experience

• A senior role (5-8 years of experience) with program management skills. (Process and Domain Consulting roles)
• Good experience in managing or leading teams to deliver business results.
• Experience in 2-3 business domains – Banking/Finance preferred.

Education

• Graduation in Engineering / Mathematics / Operations Research / Science.

Skills

• Technical – Advanced Excel user, at minimum working knowledge of SQL/MS Access, process modeling, understanding organization IT system landscapes, data models
• Hands-on development in Power BI. Assignment is to create a PowerBI-based front end for business teams. Good in data SQL
• Tableau will be good to have the skill (not must) as the existing Tableau-based solution is legacy and PowerBI will replace it. They are in the process of Migrating from Tableau to Power BI
• Strong Exposure to any one of the cloud technologies (Azure / AWS / GCP). Certification will be preferred
• Soft – Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, proactive, takes ownership, team management
• Developing solutions using Office packages like Excel/Word/PowerPoint etc.
