Currently, we are looking for a Lead AI/Python Developer to join our growing AI Engineering team.

Job DescriptionMain Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Implement advanced AI agents and chatbots using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Vector Databases.
• Work on Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG techniques for intelligent information retrieval and decision-making.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage robust data pipelines for both real-time and batch data processing.
• Leverage cloud-native tools and containerized architectures to optimize performance and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions securely and effectively into the broader ecosystem.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and latency using modern observability tools.
• Mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and lead code reviews in a collaborative Agile environment.

QualificationsEducation & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on Python.
• Proficient in Java and full-stack development using Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, and chatbot frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying applications using microservices, containers, and cloud platforms.

Additional Skills:

• Expertise with FastAPI, Pydantic, and Neo4J (Graph Databases).
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Google AI, and open-source models.
• Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Plusses:

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or frameworks.
• Experience with high-scale applications in customer service, healthcare, or fintech.
• Understanding of RAG optimization, LangChain integrations, or Graph-based AI systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or enterprise-grade security standards.
