We are looking for a dedicated developer (m/f/d) who wants to contribute both their expertise in AI and their technical know-how in the Java backend - with plenty of room for personal responsibility and design.

For future AI projects we are looking for: Lead AI expert & Java developer (f/m/d)

What You Can Expect

• Shaping innovation: You will help to further develop our strategic target field of artificial intelligence (AI) and integrate it into our processes & products
• AI with added value: you analyze the market for current AI tools & applications, identify suitable use cases, implement them and can imagine giving presentations on them
• Hands-on development: In addition to conception and architecture, you are directly involved in software development and actively work on various projects with Java & AI technologies
• Technical leadership: You support the design of business-critical software solutions in the backend and take responsibility for the application architecture
• Architecture & security: You design multi-tier applications, create authorization concepts and ensure that non-functional requirements are met
  
  

Your profile

• Your path is your path: Whether you're studying or making a career change - what counts for us is what you can do
• AI expertise: You have experience with the use of generative AI (GPT, Gemini, Llama, LangChain/LlamaIndex and co.) and have initial experience in the field of MLOps
• Python: You have experience in software development with Python and AI technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Java: You are familiar with the Java programming language and technologies such as Java EE or Spring and have experience with REST and databases such as Oracle or Cassandra
• Agile & modern: Scrum, clean code, pair programming or test-driven development are a matter of course for you
• Digital affinity: you have a very good understanding of digital business models and modern web technologies
• Language connects: You communicate confidently in German (fluently) whether in a team or with our customers and understand English documentation
