Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Ogden, UT. This position will be responsible for providing individual and couples therapy to clients, creating and updating treatment plans, progress notes and submitting insurance billing. In taking this position, the candidate will be prepared to open his or her own private practice.

Qualifications

• Utah state license (csw, acmhc, etc)
• Experience in individual or couplea counseling
• Interest in treating client experienceing difficulty with body image, eating disorders and/or body dysmorphia
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Masters degree in social work, mental health counseling or related field
• Experience working in outpatient level of care is a plus
