Growing Law Office seeks individual in 3rd year of Law School who would like to practice in a low stress enviroment with main practice area of Estate Planning, Probate, and Guradianship

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Law Clerk at Rieder Law, PC based in Bee Cave, TX. The Law Clerk will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients and legal professionals, conducting research, and writing legal documents.

Qualifications

• Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Communication skills
• Research and Writing skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Bachelor's degree and JD Candidate.
• Interest in Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Tax Planning a plus
