Responsibilities: 

• Full-Stack Development: 
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Laravel on the server side and Node.js for real-time features. 
• Oversee the implementation of both front-end and back-end functionalities.

•  Architecture and System Design: 
• Architect and design complex and efficient systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and architectures. 

• API Development: 
• Lead the development of secure and efficient APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Integrate third-party APIs as needed for enhanced functionality.

•  Database Management: 
• Oversee the design and optimization of database schemas, ensuring data integrity and optimal query performance. 
• Utilize both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. 

• Real-Time Applications: 
• Drive the implementation of real-time features using technologies such as WebSockets, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience.
• Mentor the team in best practices for real-time application development. 

• Code Review and Optimization: 
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices. 
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs in the code

• Mentorship and Collaboration: 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. 
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and QA engineers. 

• Security: 
• Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard web applications from common vulnerabilities. 
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and proactively address potential risks.

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to work on legendary codes.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in both Laravel and Node.js. 
• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js is an added advantage).
• Extensive experience with database management using both relational and NoSQL databases. 
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
• Solid understanding of web development best practices, performance optimization, and security. 
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
