Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to lead backend development efforts in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Laravel and related technologies, as well as a proactive mindset and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the backend development team using Laravel.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using Vue.js for seamless integration.
• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Partner with DevOps for smooth CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Keep pace with the latest Laravel and Vue.js frameworks and tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js and frontend-backend integration.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in using Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and proven leadership qualities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Cypress.
• Understanding of serverless architecture and API Gateway integration.
