Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for pricing out a wide range of Enhancements projects in Aspire. This would include new irrigation system install, erosion repair, granite replenishment, plant and tree install, wash cleanup, sidewalk and path repair, and more. We also expect this role to help with ordering and arranging delivery of materials (plants, granite, etc.).

For this role in particular we also are looking for someone that can walk our existing maintenance properties and identify enhancements work that should be done, then work with our Account Managers to propose and sell it. This may entail walking with property managers or board members, working with Account Managers to adjust pricing and scope, and attending board meetings to explain the nature of the work.
