JOB DETAILS Let It Grow, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Landscape Field Operations Supervisor. The position is responsible for supervision of commercial, public site maintenance service projects & high-end residential midrise rooftops. We strongly prefer candidates who have worked in the landscape maintenance industry and have a strong track record of meeting project schedules. Projects include parks, athletic complexes, luxury mid-rise residential, government, universities, retail, and corporate – encompassing landscape and hardscape expertise. Field Operations Supervisors are also responsible for: Providing customers and crews with clear and easy to understand information pertaining to job goals. Delivering and following up on all project issues to ensure that clients have enough information to make an informed decision and act in a timely manner. Maintaining open lines of communication with internal staff Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years site supervisor experience Organized and able to manage time, work crews of 25-30 people, and administrative compliance Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience managing multiple projects and ability to multi-task Computer skills a must **Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Follows workplace and vehicle safety procedures consistently College education preferred with a Horticultural/Landscape Industry/Turf grass science field
