Landscape Designer/ Project Manager – Residential Hardscape Installation (Hybrid Role)

Unique Pavers is looking for a skilled, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Entry Level- Landscape Design/ Project Manager to create designs plans and oversee our residential hardscape installations. This hybrid role splits time between our San Jose office and active job sites, offering the perfect blend of project coordination and hands-on leadership.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple job sites while maintaining a presence in the office for planning and coordination.
• Lead and manage installation crews; assist with recruitment and training.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during the installation process.
• Perform daily site inspections and communicate progress through reports and photos.
• Coordinate materials, timelines, and logistics for each project.
• Manage commissionable change orders and recommend potential upgrades where applicable.
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray to assist with project layout and client presentations.

✅ Preferred Experience & Skills

• 1+ years managing construction or hardscape installations.
• Preferred experience with pavers, concrete, stonework, and residential construction.
• Understanding of site preparation, grading, and drainage systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
• Experience using drone technology 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance standards.
• Background check required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
