LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Landscape Construction Project Manager oversees job-site aspects of construction and installation as well as gives direction and ensures the safety of the crews. The Construction Project Manager reports, coordinates and works with Job Site Contractor. Professionalism and field knowledge is highly sought in this position as you will be representing Site Landscape Development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to Read Landscape Drawing's. General Landscape knowledge of plant material, Drainage and irrigation installation Ability to verify order of plant material per specification Ability to Manage Multiple Projects at any given time. Supervises and contributes to the continuity of the clients concerns and adapt to changes as occur. Ensures that Site Landscape Developments policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees. Exhibit strong leadership skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all departments. Ability to work and manage onsite installation crews. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years experience in landscape construction industry. Ability to read, analyze, and understand Budgets. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ensure PPE is worn at all times Convey leadership skills Produce daily reports with pictures Follow construction procedure Ensure uniforms of self and crews are worn and clean Ensure company vehicles of self and crew are clean and maintained. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to adjust, prioritize and adapt to schedule changes in a fast paced environment.
