• Possess thorough knowledge of Perficut’s Best Practices leading and performing by its standards
• Coordinate all materials, equipment, and crew members to produce high-quality work
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and account managers to ensure needs are met
• Ensure established policies, regulations, and procedures are followed to provide a safe and efficient working environment
• Estimate, manage, and monitor project budgets effectively
• Possess strong leadership skills
• Communicate professionally with team members, account managers, and clients

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• 3+ years of management experience in landscape construction or related field
• 2- or 4-year degree in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or related field preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional relationship building skills
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Experience managing a departmental budget and job costing
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
