Job Title: Landscape Architecture

Job Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $85k-130k

Requirements: 5+ years of landscape architecture experience preferably for a Civil Engineering group. PLA license required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, ensuring sustainable practices and compliance with environmental regulations. The role involves collaborating with engineers, planners, and clients to create innovative landscape solutions that enhance the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts based on client requirements and site analysis.
• Create detailed site plans, landscape designs, and specifications for projects.
• Collaborate with civil engineers on land development and stormwater management plans.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental factors and site constraints.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and environmental impact.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect is preferred.
• Experience in civil engineering and land development projects.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
