About the Role

An established homebuilder is looking for a Land Development Project Manager to oversee third-party site development teams and keep projects moving. No engineering license is required, but a solid understanding of grading, utilities, and residential land development is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep third-party site engineers on track—managing timelines, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee grading, utilities, and site prep to ensure smooth development.
• Work closely with internal teams to align land schedules with homebuilding timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Residential land development experience (homebuilding industry preferred).
• Strong ability to hold third-party engineers accountable and keep projects moving.
• Solid knowledge of grading, utilities, and site development.
