Land Development Project Engineer
The Opportunity
Join a dynamic and supportive team where you'll collaborate with experienced professionals and take part in a diverse range of fast-paced, impactful projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to grow within the land development field. A clear career development path is in place, supported by mentorship, professional training, and access to the latest tools and technology.
Projects range across master-planned communities, urban redevelopment, K-12 and higher education campuses, and public infrastructure for local governments. Each project is approached with a thoughtful understanding of both site-specific conditions and the surrounding community.
This is not your typical corporate environment, they value every team member and believe in building a workplace where you're recognised, supported, and set up to succeed. They prioritise professional growth through licensing support, in-house training, and leadership development opportunities. Our firm also promotes an inclusive and flexible work culture, including a hybrid work schedule that supports both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
