Salary: $130k-$160k

Requirements: 5+ years of Residential Land Development/Construction Experience preferably in the Houston Area. Experience creating and establishing Community Subdivisions and MUDs.

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established Developer. They have a strong backlog of work through 2024 and 2025.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage land development projects from conception through completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies throughout the development process.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding land development, including MUD and residential projects.

What You Need For This Position

  • 5+ Years Experience as in Residential Construction/Land Development
  • Experience with Community Subdivisions and MUDs
