Our firm has been engaged to help a stable and fast growing DFW client to locate candidates for a Land Analyst position and a Division Order Analyst position.

Some responsibilities and requirements for each role...


Division Order Analyst


  • Execute and verify division orders, ensuring accuracy in ownership calculations.
  • Review title documents, maintaining accurate records based on title opinions, conveyances, probate documents, and other legal instruments.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue payments related to interest ownership.
  • Communicate with operators and royalty owners to confirm ownership details.
  • Interpret, review, and manage oil and gas leases, assignments, and contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience highly preferred.


Land Analyst

  • Calculate mineral and royalty ownership estimates using well, tract, unit, lease and regulatory data in a timely manner.
  • Help identify, confirm, and estimate mineral and royalty ownership for outbound campaign efforts.
  • Support and utilize offsite contractors to maintain databases containing well, tract, unit and ownership records with accurate and up to date information.
  • Support all phases of Land in the evaluation and due diligence processes for acquisitions.
  • Work with data development team in implementing new land focused software features to aid in day-to-day work processes.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience highly preferred
