We're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team. Compensation & Benefits: Up to $14.50-30+/hr* Health insurance after 30 days 401K (3% match) What you'll be doing: Providing great customer service by building rapport with customers on the job site Driving to local residences and businesses with your truck team to appointment set by customers Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic to the team Establishing value of using our service and completing jobs onsite Qualifications and Requirements: A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required) 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes) Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment. Able to carry at least 50-75 lbs up and down stairs repeatedly! Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
