We seek an experienced Lab Incharge to oversee factory quality control, testing, and certification compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage laboratory operations

- Conduct textile testing and analysis

- Ensure compliance with national/international standards

- Acquire and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, CE)

- Collaborate with production team

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in textile/garment manufacturing

- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred

- Strong knowledge of textile testing methods and certification processes

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Eligibility:

- Local candidates from Mumbai only

- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment

Desirable Skills:

- Familiarity with fire and safety product testing standards

- Experience with quality management systems
