Our client, a leading organization in the laboratory services sector, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, strong communication skills, and a foundational understanding of laboratory settings, which will align successfully with the organization.

Contract on W2
Max pay rate: $18/Hr to $19/Hr
Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday(Night Shift) - Night shift, 7 pm to 5 am, 4 days a week, 40 hours/week

What's the Job?

• Monitor the process and conditions of laboratory scale reactors and other equipment according to a planned schedule.
• Communicate observations and conditions of reactors to technical staff on an as-needed basis.
• Operate temperature controller units, as required.
• Work under supervision to ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.
• Engage in effective communication regarding laboratory observations and processes.

What's Needed?

• Reliability and a strong commitment to the role.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical staff.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory settings is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts from 7 pm to 5 am, four days a week.
• Entry-level position; prior laboratory experience is desirable but not required.
