Core Responsibilities: - Maintain laboratory glassware and equipment through thorough cleaning, sterilization, and quality control procedures - Provide comprehensive animal care support, including feeding, monitoring, and maintaining clean living environments - Assist with laboratory operations through media and buffer preparation - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures Skills & Expertise: - Laboratory Operations: Glassware sterilization, cage maintenance, media preparation, buffer solutions - Animal Care: Basic animal handling, habitat maintenance, feeding protocols - Technical Proficiency: Laboratory equipment operation, sterilization techniques, solution preparation - Safety & Compliance: OSHA standards, laboratory safety protocols, documentation Education & Experience: - Associate Degree or High School Diploma required - 0-1 year of laboratory or animal care experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
