The salary (
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00+). The actual offer will be based on the individual’s qualifications.
Hybrid: This position requires the candidate to reside in or be willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area.

Summary
The Labor Reporting Analyst is responsible for reporting and analyzing labor productivity trends, quantifying process improvements with regards to store labor, analyzing past labor performance, predicting future performance, maintain engineered standards, review, enhancement and maintenance of store labor models.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develops/compiles labor productivity related reports for distribution on a weekly basis
- Tracks labor result trends and projects/forecasts future labor results
- Assists the Manager during budget season in the development of store specific labor models created using engineered standards for retail store locations across all weeks of the year.
- Assists with the development, review, and revision of any new retail store labor budgets to ensure hours allocated align with current engineered standards and current processes.
- Quantifies impact of proposed work methods/customer service expectations on labor costs and store productivity
- Analyzes store productivity and/or labor performance and provides guidance and recommendations to management
Qualifications

- COGNOS experience required
- Responsible for report writing (relational and multidimensional), and creating dashboard components using COGNOS. Works closely with business users to verify data requirements
- SQL and Power BI experience preferred
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to perform complex mathematical equations, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw statistically sound conclusions
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements, operational procedures and manuals, professional journals, Company personnel policies, and government regulations.
- Understands the fundamentals of forecasting techniques as well as their application
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and boards of directors
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
