Qualitech is looking for a Lab Technician for their Food Solutions R &D department for 6 months or more.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Creating R&D samples in the lab and pilot plant
• Entering information and data into computer-based tools and spreadsheets
• Packaging/labeling samples for shipment to customers
• Preparing all needed shipping documents (UPS sticker, Fed Ex form, commercial invoice etc.)
• Help maintain the inventory of available R&D samples (lab-made and production)
• Assist in electronic documentation, data entry, and data analysis
• Perform laboratory activities involved in the development and improvement of products and processes
• Complete all work within established company policies.
• Help maintain basic functionality and organization of the R&D lab and pilot plant
• Leverage working level understanding of formulations and processes to provide feedback and recommendations
• Perform other duties as required.
  
  

Education And Experience

• College degree in STEM related field preferably in Food Sciences
